Valentina Moro, BSc, MSc, PhD, Researcher in Psychobiology and Physiological Psychology (MPSI-02), with lecturing tasks at the University of Verona.

Her interests are:

  • Neural bases of body and action representation in healthy individuals and in patients with focal brain damage

  • Body representation in spinal cord injured subjects

  • Biological mechanisms of neural plasticity in rehabilitation processes

  • Neuropsychological assessment and cognitive training in mental deterioration

  • The unilateral neglect syndrome

  • Visual perception and imaging disorders in brain injury

  • Awareness of disability and anosognosia for hemiplegia

  • Dementia and mental deterioration

The VR Pain Scale Validation

We are validating a new pain scale which discriminates among muscolo-skeletal, neuropathic and visceral pain in spinal cord injury patients.
